All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. If a product is on pre-order, the estimated shipping date is clearly indicated on our site for complete transparency.


Order Tracking:

For complete transparency and quality assurance, each order is provided with a tracking number, ensuring real-time tracking. You will receive your tracking information by email within 24 to 72 hours after your standard order has been dispatched. For pre-orders, the tracking number will be sent to you on the day the item is shipped.
