Refund policy

Free Returns Policy within 90 Days


You have 90 days after receiving your package to change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free return of your item, no questions asked. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in its original packaging.


Lifetime Warranty


Your purchase is also protected by a lifetime warranty. If your product stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect, we promise a free exchange, with no hidden fees. At Lumic, we want you to enjoy absolute peace of mind.


Exceptions


Please note that certain types of products are exempt from return, such as personalized products, perishable goods, or intimate products for hygiene reasons.


Return Process


To initiate a return, please contact us with your proof of purchase at support@trylumic.com. Do not send any items back to the manufacturer. Return shipping costs are on us, and you will receive a prepaid return label.


Refunds


After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.


Exchanges


In the event of an initial defect or damage, the exchange will be for the same item at no additional cost. Contact us at support@trylumic.com for the exchange procedure.


Non-Returnable Items:


 • Gift cards
 • Downloadable software
 • Certain health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


 • Books with obvious signs of use
 • CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
 • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
 • Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery


Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at support@trylumic.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

The shipping costs related to returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
